• Choose Track Motion
• Forward & backwards track
• Troubleshoot frame by frame
• (Create Null object) Apply track to null object
• Parent text or object to null
Camera Tracker:
- Chose manageable (short) length of footage (crop the footage layer)

- Choose Track Camera
- Wait for it to calculate
- choose a surface or area between a few points that is oriented the way you want it, and stable over the length of the piece
- right click that area and chose either a text or other object, along with a camera
